Learnt about boundaries in 2024 I never had any but 2025 made me realise why it is so important but I kind of learnt the hard way but I guess I now know about it I can now express it in a way where it resonates with others and that way your message is shared effectively through your listeners and engagers, but to my defence I really had to prioritise myself to grow and find ways of getting rid of bad habits

this episode was exactly what I needed to hear today. It completely resonated with my inner journey through living with intention. Learning from the past is shown through current decision making. I have a new sense of awareness of my choices by taking the time to understand how they make me feel. Not only catering to my emotions in the present but preparing for future fulfillment as well.

I truly think that your last 2 podcasts have had the most impact on me. I journal the podcasts and i just could not stop writing, and i look back and feel power and motivation flowing through me. I am very grateful for this podcast and I pray the Lord continues to bless you with wisdom and words for this podcast.
